How do I pay you?
Once we schedule in your session a 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. Upon completion you are required to pay the remainder up to 24hrs after our last session. I accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

Do you offer personalized packages?
If you can think of it, then I can do it! Contact me with any of the services that you are interested in and I’ll send you a quote.

Do you offer your services outside of the GTA?
I am always willing to travel outside of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for a minimal additional charge (Paris anyone?) and you are always welcome to come to me!

What if I don’t want to spend money on clothes while we shop?
No problem! Many clients simply want a visual for what to look for when they decide to venture out to shop for themselves. Not only does it give me a chance to show you what works and what doesn’t, it also familiarizes you with new styles and stores.

Where do we go shopping and how is it determined?
Where we go shopping is determined by your needs, budget and style personality, which are established during our initial consultation.

Where do you perform consultations?
Consultations are performed at my office at 5000 Yonge St. Suite 1901. There is an extra cost for complimentary colour consultations performed at any other location.

Can I add hours or services onto my package?
Of course! Simply contact me for a quote.

What kind of additional services can be added to the "Queen for a Day" package?
Anything that your heart desires: teeth whitening, straightening, hair extensions, spa treatments, blow drys, medical spa treatments, restaurant reservations, or anything else you can think of.

How long does it take to receive my "Style Profile" after our appointment?
Your Style Profile is sent to you within a week of your payment. If you need it sooner please let me know!

How does the File & Style Pro software work?
All of your pieces are photographed then loaded in to the software, where you are then able to sort and organize them according to occasion, season or any other category you like.

How many pieces do you upload onto my File and Style for "Queen for a Day"?
The package includes 20 pieces of clothing. We pick out the "orphan" pieces or the hard to match items and load them onto your software to allow you to see all the possible combinations.

Can I buy the File & Style Pro software individually?
Definitely! The individual price is $45
