FAQs for File and Style Pro

Is File & Style MAC compatible?
Unfortunately the software is only available for PCs at the moment. But stay tuned for the MAC upgrade!

I can’t see all my clothes you loaded for me!
Make sure to copy and paste the "data" directory into Program Files->Your Shop Girl->File & Style Pro (default install location) and say yes to overwrite files if asked. If that doesn’t work give me a call!

I loaded a picture but I can’t find it?
Try looking under another inventory category as you may have selected it by an accident before loading the picture or if no category was selected it would automatically be placed in the top inventory category.

Also, when you paste it, it shows up in the upper left hand corner, so make sure it isn't hidden behind another picture

The picture I loaded is too big! 
Each picture should be smaller than 200 pixels

You can right click on the picture and select Edit. This will open up Microsoft Paint. Go to Image->Strech/Skew and try 50% or 25% for both the horizontal and vertical values.

I can’t see the bottom of the screen. What do I do?
Right click on the bar at the bottom of the screen and click ‘properties’. ‘Check the auto hide the task’ bar option
